There are probably half a dozen spoilers in the following text
I know that they finished + added dragon cliffs aka Archon's folly as well as the rest of the Northern Wastes in Fable TLC, but just for the record, I would like to add that 'Dragon Cliff' was in the original fable, it was a 'filler" level, it didn't have anything in it, and it couldn't be freely explored, to get there you need a shovel, and to use the digging glitch to get off of the level, and with enough digging at the edge of the map, eventually it would load and you'd be there, I can't remember the exact name though.
